Wow. From what I’m seeing this year is gonna be a really hard tiring year for me. 1stly SME publicity head and VC Vice enlister AKA Venlister sounds so super hero. Haha. Well today had my 1st VC meeting and it seems that the problems facing both SME and VC are the same. We all have no idea what we are doing due to lack of seniors or a good adviser. Also no offense to anyone but why isn’t the president leading the meeting but others? Guess its not my say.

O well, I guess i have to keep this entry short and sweet cause i have to get back to designing the SME brochure again. It’s been a few days and when i ask people to help me they say “later” and never help at all. With special thanks to peng, hanChong and GuoBin. Lets do this!

Today start quite well for me. I finally got excess to the SME room! Yea! It’s now my locker, hang out area, study area and gaming corner. haha! Now Matt and I wanna get a USB charger for out PSP so leave there so we won’t have to keep on bringing our chargers. Class today was ok. Spent most of the day with han chong and guo bin.

After class went to CC to meet the guys. It’s been a while since i met Nick! My good laming friend. That what he calls me. haha. Kept on high 5-ing each other for almost the whole trip to e!hub ( ! pronounced as a click ), during the hotdog dinner which i rate about 7 on nick teo’s food scale their fries were like a 3-4ish. Had a ben & jerry’s ice cream cookie dough. Did not really like it. Still support chunky monkey!!!! Still find that the most awsome ice cream from ben & jerry. To bad i missed the whole free ice cream thing today cause well i ended quite late. Damn the time table. Came back home after dinner and now i got to get back to designing the SME brochure. Bye!

From today 28 april, 6pm i swear i hate the subject MCT. Why? Its more programming. A lot more and it’s harder than Java. At least the lecturer and a lot better than Java. She actually did not mind teaching me step by step now to do as i did not attend the previous lesson.. Well other than that today was a rather fun day. Spent most of my free time at the SME room just waiting for excess. Well.. I still have no excess. Played CS at the SME room’s computer for quite a long time.. After that went to maths and to the dreaded block 15 lvl 7 for MCT. During the break went to SME to get the rubic’s cube so i had something to do. haha. After class went to CC and than to the library to meet a primary school friend, Nick. Haha! I’m really starting to know A LOT of Nick’s around. Up to this date, about 5. haha! After that went to bedok to buy donuts and went home.

Since I did nothing today and never blogged yesterday i shall blog about yesterday.

Went to school for my 1st SME meeting as a main com. Was about 5-10mins late. But turns out i was early. Everyone else were later than me. haha! So much for 10am huh? Well meeting was quite good. Even though nothing was really of my decision and what so ever. Only thing is now i have to design a flyer for the MTN freshies to convince them to join the SME. Hope i can do it. Need a few things before i can start. For one its the SME logo, engineering school logo, mini map of where the room is and a few more etc’s. So much for getting me to design and not tell me what to put in the flyer itself.

After meeting went to join Alfred to shoot the AMS orientation. He was alone as Ya Wen kinda joined another event. So i kinda kept him company till it was my turn to shoot. Had to cover the Indian dance thing, again. Was supposed to shoot with Andy, but for some reason he could not shoot and switched to Alvin who also backed out at the last minute. So it was just leaving me to shoot. Lucky for me Ya Wen arrived to shoot with me. At least i wasn’t alone. Went to the audi at 5. When we went in, there was no one at all there. The lights were off and only the video was playing. haha. So, joined Alfred again with the AMS thing. Their final clash was quite interesting. Very different from the other 2 i shot and got wet. After that went to prata for a snack and back to audi to shoot the Indian event. Was listening to my Ipod for the 2nd part of the concert. Just could not stand the indian music. gave me a headache during the rehearsal’s. After that took bus and MRT home.

Words cant describe how tired i am now. so. I’m gonna write yet another shot summary of my day. Started by going school at 8, got locked out of SME, waited till Farhana arrived at about 815. Hanged at E2. About 11 went to the VC booth. Stayed there till about 3+, packed up and went to mac for lunch/tea cause fire drill was on. Went back CC got my cam 2 shoot a fill dress rehearsal. Was supposed to shoot with Delia. She could not make it. And well Geraldine decided to shoot with me. THANKS!!! If she wasn’t there I’m damn sure i would have left the place 5mins into the event. After that went to upload, waited for Alfred and gang and went home.

Ah. Damn. Currently now on my left my brother is playing is new Epiphone Les Paul. I guess i wont be getting much sleep tonight. Haha. Happens very time he gets a new thing. Well.. At least he has something to do other than using my com. Well today I kinda overslept and missed my 1st lesson today. A tutorial. Damn of all the luck. If only my brother wasnt home. I may have actually woke up on time since i don on my alarm when he’s back. So since i missed the 1st lesson went to help out the VC recruitment drive booth again. There were slightly more people who got their photo’s taken. haha.

Helped them out till abt 12 were i did book selling for SME and went back to VC after about 1-2 hrs of book selling. Haha. Shortly after that went to class. Lesson was boring.. both the lecture and lab. Lab teacher’s voice made you want to sleep. When we finally got to play around with the tools, after 5mins we were called back to sit down and listen. Damn him. After class went to SME to hang around since the VC peeps had already left.

Was gonna post about recruitment drive today. But after the SME meeting well. It got me thinking. Firstly, Well as expected I am in the Main Com for SME. Publicity head. I think it’s mainly cause they know I’m a photographer. But thats not the point. With this new roll i kinda got a lot of responsibilities. Have to live up to the super high standard that my fellow seniors held up and try to either match up to their standard if not beat it. Well from what i think. It’s hard to actually match them, let alone beat them. With quite a few people from the SME new main com i do not know. Well.. I’ve got to say. I’m quite scared to face the challenge.

Not only do i have responsibilities with SME, I also have some with VC. With so many things i have to get my priorities straight, manage my time, and well hope i actually am still able to get my GPA at a nicer number. Current goal is 3.5 for THIS sem. And my GPA back up to 3 by year 3. So, Guo Bin, Han Chong and Jeremy.. Get prepared to teach me if i have any problems from now till our graduation.

Year 2 day 2. It’s one of the better days I’ve had. Lesson stated at 10, maths 2 i actually already know what’s going on. Damn. At least Gordon’s in the same class as me. After that had a 3hr break followed by a tutorial. Spent that break at Cyber Center playing with the strobes, using my com and chatting with whoever that came by which i knew. Really nice day. Was so tempted to skip my lesson at 3pm but got a call from Guo Bin and found out i was in the same class as them! Yea!! Tomorrow i would also be having the same classes as my old class! Yip Yip! At least i would have people to talk to. haha.

Damn, i really have to stop skipping my lectures. It’s time to wake up and stop slacking!!!!!!

Day 1 of being a Junior, Year 2 student. Well its a total change. 1stly i kinda fail a sub and have been chucked with some other random’s around. Like MCT. I’m chucked with some ETCM classes. Wth? I’m a bloody MTN student and I’m doing project work with people i have never met in my life. Maybe other than 1 or 2. My maths2 is with all the people who failed or retook maths 1. At least that class I’m with Gordon. So… Not that bad. But still it sucks.

After the whole class things i went to CC and met the good old Flan. If i didn’t find VC life would really be a bitch right now. At least with them i have a place to go and hang out during all my 2-3hr breaks. Went with them to get the studio lights today. Dickson called it his molecule accelerator on the MRT home. Wonder what everyone was thinking when they heard that. haha! Woo~~ I’m so looking forward to playing with them tomorrow. I’m gonna bring my maths book, Camera, Fisheye2 the TLR and my computer to school tomorrow. I’m so asking for it. Haha! O well, all for the sake of the studio lights, uploading photos and studies. haha!

The new schooling year has changed a lot. Not only my fellow seniors graduating, classes changing and a no longer being called a freshie. Now also Humphrey will also be leaving the school cause they don’t want to renew his contract. WHY?!?!?! He’s such a good worker and a nice guy!!!!! O well. Humphrey if your reading this (i doubt you are) Good Luck on finding a new job and Take Care!!! You will be missed!!!

Boo! Sian.. Got home about 1 hr ago. Now damn tired. Good thing is i finally got my hair cut! haha! Today started like every other sunday. Waking up at 8 and going to church. After that went to parkway to get my hair cut and went home.

Went to on my xbox and guess what?! THE RED RING OF DEATH… AHHH! Now i have to send it for repair. Crap. There goes my shopping money. After weeping the loss i went to Triple D to print my SYPA photos with Dickson. I only waited for him for 45mins! And i repeat. ONLY FOR 45mins. I can consider myself lucky. haha! After that went to Funan to meet up with Geraldine and Alvin. Not sure how they met each other. Apparently they met in the MRT. Wanted to go to eat ice cream at shaw tower. But sadly, place was closed. bummer. Was looking forward to it. After that took MRT home.
